An invitation to flow

Before we move,
let's regulate.

A SAFE RETURN to the body.

Your body already possesses a profound intelligence; it simply requires a safe container to remember its rhythm. The Yogneeti Library is carefully curated to meet your nervous system exactly where its capacity lies today. Whether that means a gentle seated release to unravel tension, or lying perfectly still to invite deep rest. Here, there is nothing to perform. There is only permission to breathe.

How does your body feel right now?

Immediate somatic interventions utilizing a chair, a wall, or the breath alone. Designed to gently ease a looping stress response without exertion or floor space.

Curation: The Chair Anchor.

Continuous, wave-like sequences for a body that has been held in one shape too long — a desk, a commute, a long night. Designed for stiffness, not exertion.

Curation: Quadruped Spinal Waves for Morning Stiffness.

Highly targeted work for long-held tension patterns: the jaw, the hips, the thoracic spine. Each session addresses a single specific site of stored tension.

Curation: The Desk Reset.

Restorative and Yoga Nidra-informed sequences designed to activate the parasympathetic system. Intended for pre-sleep or recovery windows.

Curation: The Sleep Sanctuary.

Sequences for the mornings when capacity is returning and the body is ready to meet a little more. Still slow, still led by breath — but building.

Curation: The Dynamic Awakening Flow.

“True strength is measured
by how deeply you can rest.”

Sakshi Juyal

Certified by the YCB (Yoga Certification Board), with over 3,000 hours of guiding women across the globe and 1,400+ hours of continuous, immersive training in the classical Hatha tradition at one of India’s foremost yoga institutes. My teachings extend far beyond physical postures — embracing Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and somatic meditation.

I built this library for the ordinary Tuesdays — the days there is no pathway to keep, only a body asking for twenty quiet minutes. The nervous system doesn’t respond to willpower — it responds to safety.

Why Daily

Fifteen minutes, most days. Here is why that is the ask.

Not because more is better. Because a body that has been running on adrenaline does not settle on a weekend — it settles on a Tuesday, in small, unremarkable amounts, over and over.

  • 01 /

    Regularity, not intensity

A nervous system learns from repetition, not from effort. Fifteen minutes you actually do will always outrun ninety you dread.

  • 02 /

You are not the same body every day

Your energy, your temperature, your tolerance for effort all move across the month. One fixed routine will fail you for two weeks in four.

  • 03 /

    It removes a decision

Depletion is decision fatigue first. Everything here is sorted by time, by body, by the state you are in — so you never open a blank shelf.

  • 04 /

Rest stops being something you earn

Most of us only lie down once the list is finished. A slot in the day makes rest ordinary — scheduled, not owed.

  • 05 /

    You learn your own baseline

Practising often is how you find out what settled actually feels like in your body — and therefore how you notice, early, when it isn’t there.

  • 06 /

Something in the day that is yours

Fifteen minutes inside a day that mostly belongs to other people. That is not a small thing, and it is not selfish.

A few gentle
clarifications.

This space is the antithesis of a workout. You are invited to move only as much as your nervous system can hold today — often from a chair, a wall, or lying perfectly still.

Every session is tagged by mood, physical constraint, and available time. You will never be asked to scroll through a wall of content and decide. The library decides for you.

The library is cycle-aware. Sessions are tagged by hormonal phase so that you can match your practice to your body's actual energetic capacity — not a generic schedule.

Sessions are organized by physical setting: chair, wall, mat, floor, or audio-only. You can practice at your desk, on a flight, or lying on your office floor. No equipment required.

Your first seven days are with our compliments. No charge. No obligation. Your nervous system requires time to build trust with a new practice — we honour that completely.
